GRAND RAPIDS, MI — A 23-year-old woman was in critical condition following a stabbing at a Grand Rapids restaurant early Sunday morning.
The woman, who arrived at Spectrum Butterworth Hospital at about 2:54 a.m. July 19, has since stabilized, according to Grand Rapids Police spokesperson Raul Alvarez.
Officers were already at the hospital with a fatal shooting victim when the woman arrived, Alvarez said.

A friend of the woman’s told officers her friend was stabbed by another woman during a fight involving a large group of people at New York Fried Chicken, 743 Division Avenue S., that took place earlier that night.
