Twozone Korean fried chicken arrives in Spring Valley from L.A. - Eater Vegas

Fried chicken restaurants are the Las Vegas trend of year and Korean-born Twozone Chicken has expanded from its two Los Angeles locations and is now open daily in Spring Valley.

Already boldly claiming the title of the “best Korean fried chicken in Las Vegas,” the 975-square-foot, counter service space replaces the Dragon Bowl Asian Grill, in operation since late last year and best known for its Korean-style hot dogs.

Located at the Grand Flamingo Plaza, close to the intersection of Torrey Pines Drive and Flamingo Road, Dragon Bowl Twozone Chicken features antibiotic-free and free-range chicken recipes and a similar menu to its West Coast Koreatown predecessors.

Also serving gimmari, deep-fried glass noodle rolls, shrimp, stir-fried rice cakes, spaghetti, and a Cajun fried chicken salad, portions of whole, boneless, chicken wings, and drumsticks are the main attraction.

Among the sauce choices, soy garlic, hot and spicy, honey butter, wasabi, and bulgogi, plus an onion sauce that is poured over the dish.

Dragon Bowl Twozone Chicken, 6680 W. Flamingo Road, #12, 702-331-3374. Open daily 11 a.m. to 9.45 p.m.
