Ah, the holidays, a glazed ham in the oven, a glittering decorated tree in the family room, a log crackling on the fire, filling your home with the scent of KFC’s fried chicken. Wait, what?
Yes, that’s correct. Kentucky Fried Chicken has released a very special Yule Log that smells just like the chain’s signature 11 Herbs & Spices that make KFC so finger lickin' good.
The log is made of 100% recycled waxed cardboard that burns cleaner than firewood, according to Best Products, but most importantly, it will make your home smell like KFC, fresh out of the bucket.
The limited edition 11 Herbs & Spices Firelog by Enviro-Log is available exclusively from Walmart for $15.88. As of Tuesday, October 27, it was sold out, but shoppers can set an in-stock alert notification so they can order one as soon as it becomes available.
The log typically releases in December, but KFC decided to release it earlier this year.

“We hope that by expanding our exclusive partnership with Enviro-Log and Walmart, people can once again grab a fried-chicken scented firelog, order a bucket of chicken from KFC, and savor the tastes, smells, and warmth of what has become our favorite holiday tradition,” Andrea Zahumensky, KFC U.S. CMO, said in a press release.
This week, Walmart announced that it would be rolling back some of its coronavirus-related changes to store hours, and expanding them to 7 a.m.-11 p.m. until further notice starting Saturday, November 14. The changes come just as the busy holiday shopping season begins to set in.
Walmart has also expanded its Black Friday Sales offerings across three events throughout the month of November to mitigate the amount of shoppers that will pack stores on the annual day of deals.
