Lake Highlands can join in on Dallas’ fried chicken craze with new ghost kitchen, Oddbird Chicken Kitchen.
Oddbird Chicken Kitchen serves fried chicken, wings, ribs and sides for delivery and pick up only.
The menu includes:
- fried chicken and wings brined overnight
- ribs, slow braised
- onion rings, dusted with ranch rub
- curly fries
Their 10 sauces or rubs include Buffalo, Hot Buffalo, BBQ, Thai Tamarind Glaze, Gochujang Garlic Glaze, Sweet Chili Glaze, Honey Orange Glaze, Ranch Dry Rub, Garlic Parm Rub and Cajun Dry Rub.
Oddbird is available for delivery through their website or GrubHub, Uber Eats, DoorDash and Favor. Pick up orders can also be made at oddbirdchicken.com.
Hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday from 12 to 10 p.m.
