It is crock pot time year round at my humble abode, but when it is chilly outside, I really love using it to make roasts and stews. This has to be the hands down, easiest recipe I have ever made. It took 5 minutes prep time, then cooked low and slow in my crock pot. Such a yummy dish served over potatoes or even on some ciabatta sandwich rolls! This is a fantastic meal to serve to a crowd that is so beyond easy and delicious. Enjoy!
Serves 6
2 lbs. pork tenderloin
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet au jus seasoning mix
6 pats of unsalted butter
8 whole pepperoncinis
1/4 cup juice from pepperoncinis
Salt/pepper
Put all ingredients in the crock pot and turn on low for 6 hours. Shred and serve over potatoes, on a sandwich or alone!
