BEIJING, Feb 23 (Reuters) - China will sell 20,000 tonnes of frozen pork from state reserves on Feb. 26, according to a notice by the China Merchandise Reserve Management Center on Tuesday. Beijing has sold several batches of pork in the run-up to the Lunar New Year holiday, when meat consumption typically peaks in the country. The table below shows sales of pork reserves in 2021.
