Ingredients
- 8 hamburger buns
- 12 ounces deli roast beef, chipped
- 8 slices Provolone cheese
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange bottoms of rolls in a pan. Layer with roast beef and Provolone cheese. Spread cut sides of roll tops with cream cheese; place on cheese.
In a bowl, combine oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Brush over rolls using a pastry brush. Cover with foil. Bake 15 minutes, uncover and bake another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
This was a new recipe for us and it’s become a keeper for busy days. We milk 80 cows and farm 160 acres. It makes for a lot of long days, but we are so blessed.
