After a three-year absence, the World Pork Expo returns to the Iowa State Fairgrounds Wednesday. The Expo will run Wednesday through Friday. The trade show will cover 300,000 square feet of the fairgrounds. It will feature seminars and new pork technology. And of course, there will be lots of free pork. The World Pork Expo will also have health measures in place including food baths and handwashing stations. The admission is $20 at the gate for anyone 12 years old and up. The admission fee will cover all three days.
