One of the best things about thin pork chops is that they are so quick to cook. That, however, can be a chief downfall if they’re overcooked, as it’s a thin line between dazzling and disappointing. There’s a similar good-and-bad perspective on taste. Sure, the meat is mild — or bland, depending on who you ask. Then again, that’s what makes this affordable cut of meat so versatile and accepting of sauces, marinades and other bold seasonings.
