This was fantastic. It was a good size, well-cooked, and very spicy. The flank steak is tender and juicy. The pepper is thick and complements it well. We highly recommend this dish.

*NEW* Pork Belly Pastor: Pastor-marinated Pork Belly atop Boniato Purée with Charred Pineapple and Crispy Cilantro (Gluten/Wheat Friendly) – $7.50

The pork belly was delicious and cooked properly. The addition of the boniato puree adds a greater depth of flavor, which compliments the pork belly beautifully.

The charred pineapple in the corner of the plate is a sweet bite to contrast the heavily savory flavor of the puree. There wasn’t much crispy cilantro, but overall, this is a rather good dish.

*NEW* Taco de Chocolate: Chocolate Candy Shell filled with Mexican Chocolate Mousse with a touch of Chile topped with Tropical Fruit (Gluten/Wheat Friendly) – $6.00

This was sadly forgettable. The generic chocolate cream was covered with a fine chocolate shell. It tasted like something out of a box in your grocer’s freezer. And for the price, you’re probably better off shopping for it there.

*NEW* Mexican Craft Beer: Tulum Artisanal Lager (4.0% ABV) crafted with Citrus notes and made with Mexican Caribbean Seawater – $5.00/$9.50

If there was a cheap ripoff of Sol, which is a cheap ripoff of Corona, then this beer would be it.

*NEW* Diego Pomegranate Margarita: Ojo de Tigre Mezcal, Pomegranate-Prickly Pear Juice, Blackcurrant Liqueur, and Rose Petal Liqueur with a Hibiscus Salt Rim – $14.25

Strong and flavorful, this comes exactly as advertised. That said, at nearly fifteen dollars, you can do better for the price at EPCOT.

*NEW* Frida Carrot Margarita: Casa Noble Blanco Tequila, Carrot Juice, Ginger Cordial, Lime Juice, and Agave Nectar – $14.50

Our first impression of this was, “Why? Why would they do this?” This is a very strange concoction that nobody asked for. It’s terrible, and frankly, there’s no reason for it to exist. Trust us, don’t get this. You don’t want it. Frida Kahlo deserves better.
